How should I clean my STEINKULT jewellery?

Your STEINKULT jewellery should be handled with care at all times.

Lotions, soaps and skin oils alter the optical properties of metals and gemstones, causing them to look dull. Clean your jewellery using lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth, but ensure that your jewellery is never submerged. We do not recommend the use of silver polish and silver dip as it may destroy the delicate oxidised details of your jewellery. Leather care creams are recommended for use on our leather products only.

How should I care for my STEINKULT jewellery?

STEINKULT encourages customers to treat their jewellery like a beautiful pair of high heels, always removing the jewellery prior to cleaning, bathing and swimming and ensuring that the jewellery is not exposed to UV light, hairspray, perfume and cosmetics.

How should I store my STEINKULT jewellery?

Jewellery should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in a protective (lined) jewelry box or a tarnish-resistant pouch. Avoid storing your jewellery in the bathroom. Please note that our STEINKULT Gift Boxes and Pouches are not made for long-term storage, as they are not airtight.
